Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content across various platforms, including training materials, promotional videos, and social media content. You will work closely with our training, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that all video projects align with our brand vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Production: Plan, shoot, and edit video content for multiple platforms, including training videos, promotional materials, and social media content.
Training Development: Collaborate with the training team to create engaging and effective instructional videos that enhance our training programs for staff and customers.
Scriptwriting & Storyboarding: Develop scripts and storyboards to clearly convey messaging and ensure a smooth production process.
Project Management: Oversee the entire video production process from concept to completion, managing timelines and resources efficiently.
Equipment Management: Maintain and operate video production equipment, ensuring high-quality visuals and sound.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights and understand their needs for video content.
Quality Assurance: Review and edit footage to ensure all content is polished, professional, and on-brand.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video production and editing techniques.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Video Production, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Video Producer or similar role, preferably in a corporate or franchise environment.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) and camera operation.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video projects, including training and promotional content.
Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
