About the Role:

Honest Abe Roofing Franchise is seeking a motivated and experienced Franchise Training & Support Manager to join our team. As a leader in the roofing industry, we are looking for someone who is passionate about helping our franchisees grow and succeed. You will be responsible for providing frontline support, training and guidance to our franchise owners and their teams. You will be the main point-of-contact for the day-to-day questions and operational insights for each assigned franchise location. You will be responsible for training and supporting each location on how to use our various tools and procedures to drive business success and growth.

Responsibilities:

Provide training, coaching and support to franchise owners and their teams, to help them achieve their growth and revenue goals
Provide strategic business support in the areas of Sales, Operations, P&L Management, Systems and local marketing
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our franchise owners and their teams
Conduct regular performance and compliance reviews and provide feedback to franchise owners and the franchisor leadership team
Understand and support the Honest Abe Roofing systems, brand standards, processes and procedures
Accurately document all franchise owner communications
Communicating corporate initiatives and specifications to each franchise location and their teams
Provide on-boarding support and training for new franchise locations
Collaborate with franchise owners and franchisor leadership to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
Assist in the development of local marketing and sales strategies for franchise owners

Requirements:

At least 5+ years of experience in coaching or business development
At least 2+ years experience in franchise operations
Proven track record of helping businesses achieve growth and success
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel to various franchise locations as needed
Experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus
Experience in the home services industry a plus

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
