About the Role
This is a leadership position responsible for managing 1–2 residential roofing crews per day. You will oversee projects from material delivery to final inspection, ensuring quality installations, efficient timelines, and a 5-star homeowner experience.
You are not expected to sell jobs — your focus is production, quality control, and crew performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily residential roofing production (1–2 crews)
- Conduct pre-install walkthroughs and post-install inspections
- Ensure jobs stay on schedule and meet company quality standards
- Serve as the primary field contact for homeowners during installation
- Coordinate with sales and operations for seamless job handoffs
- Enforce safety protocols and professional jobsite standards
- Minimize callbacks and warranty issues through proactive oversight
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years residential roofing experience (production or leadership role)
- Experience managing subcontractor crews preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects
- Comfortable using CRM or project management software
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
